HOW TO RECOGNIZE IT
To identify a blister, look for skin that has formed a raised bubble and is filled with fluid. Often, blisters are accompaniedby discomfort or pain as they rub against shoes.

Blisters on the foot are most likely to form on the sides ofthe foot and at the heel.
